
Biannual Women's Wellness Yoga Retreats
These weekend retreats are for women who are ready to
step into their own lives and claim their SPACE so they might live the most authentic versions of themselves.
While yoga is the central focus, meditation, journaling, breathwork, hiking/walking and guided learning will support participants in recognizing two truths:
You are WHOLE and you have what you NEED.
Participants will have the opportunity to explore
claiming space for themselves
on and off the yoga mat.
